Brand & Reputation Specialist with 3–5+ years of experience leading reputation management and review-generation programs. Owns cross-platform reputation strategies (Google, Facebook, Yelp, BBB, etc.), drives review-volume improvements, analyzes NPS/Voice of Customer data, and partners with Sales, CX, and Operations to enhance customer experience and brand trust across multi-location environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand, reputation, customer experience, or marketing roles
- Experience managing online reviews across platforms (Google, BBB, Yelp, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills, especially in handling sensitive or complex responses
