Job Summary
Senior Brand and Content Manager leads brand voice, governance, and messaging strategy across OrthoFi’s portfolio with emphasis on thought leadership, executive visibility, and market authority. Responsible for content and editorial strategy across blogs, customer stories, ebooks, guides, reports, and strategic campaigns; manage organic social, video/reel production, webinars, speaking engagements, and coordination with product marketing, sales, and customer teams. Drive demand generation, SEO, content distribution, and alignment with go-to-market priorities; oversee agency management, content planning for major launches/events, and measurement of content performance. Partners with executives to develop messaging, positioning, and narrative architecture; ensure consistent brand experience post-sale and across revenue motions. Strong writing, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership required; 6+ years in B2B marketing/content, with demonstrated success in executive thought leadership programs, content formats, and multi-channel distribution.
