Brand and Community Ambassador

Brand and Community Ambassador to drive brand excitement and traffic through events, promotions, and localized marketing initiatives. You will engage with dispensaries, retail customers, and patients, educate store staff and customers about products, coordinate and staff events/pop-ups, and partner with sales and marketing to execute calendars, generate leads, and support conversion. Strong communication, public speaking, event planning, and relationship-building skills are essential. 2+ years in field marketing or marketing space; High School Diploma preferred (marketing/communication degree a plus); must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks. Willingness to travel ~75% and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 45+ hours weekly with the possibility of remote work and relocation not specified. The role reports to the Brand and Community Engagement Manager and is based in Fort Myers, FL, with remote-work options.
