Job Summary
Conduct field-based brand representation in the Liverpool, Maghull, St Helens, and Southport territory, developing partnerships with store managers to secure support for promotional displays and compliance initiatives. Implement planograms and build eye-catching merchandising features to ensure product visibility and availability while driving territory sales objectives. Identify opportunities to improve compliance and leverage store insights to maximize promotional activity. Work independently to deliver excellent in-store results and maintain strong relationships with colleagues. Full training and development provided with quarterly bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in merchandising, retail, customer service or a field-based role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence influencing and negotiating with store managers and colleagues
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
- Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results
