Job Summary
Complete all required training within specified timelines and perform duties outlined in the training manual. Represent a top-tier client by actively reaching out to customers, driving traffic to the brand, and intercepting consumer flow. Ensure all collateral displays are visible and correctly positioned while properly distributing promotional materials. Follow on-site protocols for checking in, reporting, set-up, and take-down, and maintain a clean, tidy uniform at all times. Achieve all goals and objectives as outlined by your supervisor, direct challenges to the program supervisor, and work well with team members and consumers. Follow policies regarding operations, theft, fraud, health, and safety. Complete additional assigned tasks delegated by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Previous event or promotional experience
- Previous customer service, and/or retail
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable intercepting consumer traffic within the location
- Must have required certifications as required by the program/event
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment, if applicable to the program/event
- Pass a driver's abstract check as a requirement of employment, if applicable to the program/event
