Job Summary
Complete all required training and perform duties outlined in the manual to ensure product knowledge is current. Arrive 15 minutes prior to shifts for setup, change, and readiness. Intercept consumer traffic, promote the product professionally, and ensure all collateral displays are visible and correctly positioned. Distribute promotional materials per instructions, oversee promotional activities, and handle event setup and tear down. Maintain a clean, tidy uniform and leave each destination as found. Communicate brand information effectively, direct challenges to the supervisor, and follow operations, safety, and fraud policies. Work independently and in teams across indoor and outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous event or promotional experience
- Previous customer service, and/or retail
- Must have reliable transportation
- Professional, fun, energetic and have great communication skills - verbal and written
- A tremendous personality with people stopping power
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Organized and quick thinking with the ability to problem solve
- The ability to absorb, understand and communicate brand and program information effectively to consumers
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- The endurance to excite consumers even during long hours
- Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
- Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast paced team environment
- Must be comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environment
- Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
- Must have required certifications as required by the program/event
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment
- Pass a driver's abstract check as a requirement of employment
