Job Summary
Represent top-tier clients by delivering high-level customer service and actively intercepting consumer traffic to drive brand awareness. Complete all required training and training manual duties, ensuring product knowledge remains up-to-date. Execute on-site protocols for check-in, reporting, set-up, and take-down while maintaining visible, correctly displayed collateral and promotional materials. Distribute featured materials per instructions, ensure uniforms are clean and worn correctly, and communicate brand information effectively to consumers. Direct challenges to the program supervisor and follow operations, health, and safety policies. Work independently and in teams across indoor and outdoor environments, standing for extended periods to provide exceptional service during varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous event or promotional experience
- Previous customer service, and/or retail
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Must be comfortable working in both and indoor and outdoor environment
- Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
- Must have required certifications as required by the program/event – example Smart Server certification, CPR etc
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment, if applicable to the program/event
- Pass a driver's abstract check as a requirement of employment, if applicable to the program/event
