Job Summary
Complete all required training and perform duties outlined in the training manual to ensure product knowledge remains up-to-date. Actively reach out to customers within the location to drive traffic, intercept consumer traffic, and communicate brand information effectively. Ensure all collateral display is visible and correctly positioned while properly distributing promotional materials according to SDI instructions. Follow on-site protocols for checking in, reporting, set-up, and take-down, maintaining a clean, tidy uniform at all times. Direct challenges to the supervisor and complete additional assigned tasks while adhering to policies on operations, theft, fraud, health, and safety. Work independently and within a team in both indoor and outdoor environments, standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Previous event or promotional experience
- Previous customer service, and/or retail
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable intercepting consumer traffic within the location
- Must have required certifications as required by the program/event
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment, if applicable to the program/event
- Pass a driver's abstract check as a requirement of employment, if applicable to the program/event
