Job Summary
Build a brand presence with key product messaging while engaging and educating customers at festival events. Oversee promotional activities, manage event setup and tear down, and ensure all spaces remain neat and tidy throughout the shift. Deliver key messages in a dynamic, professional manner to create an exceptional guest experience. Candidates must be creative, outgoing, and comfortable representing a cannabis brand, with the stamina to lift up to 50lbs and draw crowds to sample products.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a finger on the pulse of the music, arts and culture scene
- Entertaining, high-powered, approachable & sociable
- Able to maintain high energy/stamina levels
- The endurance to excite consumers
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to draw a crowd to sample product / attention getter
- Excellent presentation skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Must be energetic and engage the event guests
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. while helping with event setup and tear down
- Responsible to get themselves to and from the venue
Desired Qualifications
- Previous promotional, brand ambassador and/or customer service experience is an asset
