Job Summary
Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces. Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations. Represent a trusted brand in the home improvement industry while building a foundation for future management or sales career growth. Work 11am–7pm shifts Wednesday through Sunday, standing and walking for 6–8+ hours daily in varying weather conditions. No prior experience required; training provided for self-motivated individuals seeking career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
