Job Summary
Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces. Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations. Represent one of the highest-rated brands in the industry while using this experience as a stepping-stone into management or furthering a sales career. No prior experience required; training provided for self-motivated individuals passionate about learning sales strategies. Availability needed for afternoons and weekends, specifically 11am–7pm shifts Wednesday through Sunday. Requires standing and walking for 6–8+ hours daily, including outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
