Job Summary
Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces. Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations. Represent a highly rated brand within the Renuity family of home improvement companies. No prior experience required; training provided for self-motivated individuals seeking career growth in sales or management. Availability includes afternoons and weekends, specifically 11am–7pm shifts Wednesday through Sunday. Requires standing and walking for 6–8+ hours daily, including outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
