Job Summary
Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces. Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations. Represent a highly rated brand while developing skills for future management or sales leadership roles. This position requires availability for afternoons and weekends, specifically 11am–7pm shifts Wednesday through Sunday, with physical demands including standing and walking for 6–8+ hours daily in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
