Job Summary
Promote the Carhartt brand by delivering exceptional, personalized retail experiences and driving sales through active consumer engagement. Execute visual merchandising standards, uphold operational safety policies, and collaborate with the team to exceed store revenue goals. Identify sales opportunities, support community engagement events, and contribute ideas to grow brand awareness. Participate in performance management processes, including coaching and feedback, while maintaining a focus on personal professional development. Prioritize tasks effectively in a retail environment involving extended standing and moderate lifting, with up to 5% national travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills
- Exceptional team and collaboration skills
- PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office
- Extended periods of time standing
- typing on a computer
- Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs)
- National travel required (up to 5%)
