Job Summary
Promote the Carhartt brand by delivering personalized consumer experiences, executing visual merchandising standards, and driving sales through community engagement events. Uphold operational safety and policy adherence while collaborating with the team to support Store Leaders in growing brand awareness. Participate in performance management processes, including training and feedback, to foster professional growth. This role requires previous retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work extended periods standing or typing in a moderate lifting environment. National travel up to 5% is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills
- Exceptional team and collaboration skills
- PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office
- Extended periods of time standing
- Typing on a computer
- Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs)
- National travel required (up to 5%)
