Job Summary
Promote the brand by being an enthusiastic ambassador for Carhartt, delivering the ultimate retail consumer experience through engaging, efficient, and personalized interactions. Execute visual merchandising and standards to ensure proper product display, while identifying sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals. Engage positively with the team, participate in performance and talent management processes, and uphold operational standards and safety. Support leadership by bringing ideas to grow brand awareness in the community and assist with community engagement events. This on-site retail role involves moderate lifting up to 40 lbs, requires PC skills for POS and Microsoft Office, and includes up to 5% national travel.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
- Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
- PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Extended periods of time standing, typing on a computer is required.
- Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs)
- National travel required (up to 5%)
- This position has an On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities.
