Represent the Joyce brand at local events, home shows, and retail activations by engaging attendees professionally and promoting products through conversation. Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations while maintaining an organized booth presence and assisting with light setup and teardown. Work toward daily and weekly performance goals to earn an uncapped bonus on booked appointments, with average earnings reaching $20–$25 per hour.
