Job Summary
Represent the Joyce brand at local events, home shows, and retail locations by engaging attendees professionally and promoting products to drive interest. Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations while maintaining an organized booth presence and assisting with light setup and teardown. Work toward daily and weekly performance goals with a focus on creating memorable brand experiences. This part-time role offers a base rate of $17 per hour with uncapped performance bonuses on leads and booked appointments, resulting in average earnings of $20–$25 per hour. Candidates must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends and reliable transportation to event locations.
