Brand Ambassador - Part-time

Brand Ambassador role for HomeWorks Energy (Part-time) focused on customer acquisition through direct engagement at hardware and grocery stores as well as events like farmers markets and home shows. Responsibilities include table/tabling at retail locations, scheduling customers for Home Energy Assessments, event setup/breakdown (including carrying a 25-pound tent), attending bi-weekly team meetings (some in Charleston, MA), traveling to events up to an hour away, and performing additional duties as needed. Compensation is $23 per hour plus weekly commission ($200–$300+), with mileage reimbursement, flexible schedule, paid training, and 401(k) match. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to work at least 3 days per week and one weekend day; age 18+.
