Job Summary
Coordinate event setup and breakdown of displays for shows at 4 Costco warehouses in the Charlotte area, representing Southern Traditions to retailers and consumers. Provide excellent customer service by greeting, interacting with, and scheduling appointments for the sales team while promoting products independently. Manage and track event equipment, materials, and promotional items, inputting contact information accurately for the sales team. Work Monday-Thursday with occasional evening or weekend shifts for promo graphic changes, requiring 10-11 hour shifts, the ability to lift 30 pounds, and a valid driver's license.
