Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations and generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations to educate homeowners about products and services. Set up and maintain professional branded displays while driving leads that directly impact company growth. This role involves no hard selling or cold calling, focusing instead on great conversations with interested homeowners. You will work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends with a guaranteed $22/hour base pay plus unlimited weekly bonuses. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with career growth opportunities into sales and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
