Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about our products and services. Set up and maintain professional branded displays while helping drive leads that directly impact company growth. No hard selling or cold calling; just great conversations with interested homeowners. This role offers a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends with a base pay of $19/hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses. Top performers regularly earn $25-$35+ per hour. You will receive paid training and ongoing coaching to succeed in this performance-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
