Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassador for HomeWorks Energy supporting the Mass Save program at retail locations and during events. Responsibilities include leveraging people skills to engage customers at hardware/grocery stores and events (e.g., farmers markets, home shows), driving customer acquisition, scheduling customers for Home Energy Assessments or in-home visits, handling event setup and breakdown (including transporting a 25-pound tent), and attending bi-weekly team meetings (including some in Charleston, MA). Travel up to 1 hour to events or territories is required. Compensation includes $23/hour plus weekly commission opportunities ($200–$500+ possible) with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid training, PTO, and more.
