Job Summary
Brand Ambassador to support in-store presence for GrowSciences. Execute daily store visits, build budtender relationships, and activate displays and promotions to align with national expansion and strategic retail initiatives. Responsibilities include in-store activations, gathering field intelligence, supporting events/pop-ups, delivering consistent brand representation, and maintaining relationships with store staff and budtenders. Required: 21+ years old, Arizona ID, background check clearance, reliable transportation, ability to visit 8–12 stores daily, and strong communication and note-taking skills. Prior retail/brand ambassador experience is preferred but not required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA, life/disability insurance, PTO, and equal employment opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
- Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services
- Employment offers contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check
- Valid Arizona State-Issued ID
- Reliable transportation and ability to visit 8–12 stores per day
- Strong communication and note-taking skills
