Job Summary
Engage with event attendees, distribute product samples, encourage participation in the activation, answer basic product questions, and help maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming activation area at the Burghley Horse Trials. This customer-facing role requires confident interaction with the public, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to represent brands in a busy live-event environment. You must be available from September 3rd to 6th, 2026, and travel independently to Burghley Park, Stamford, as accommodation is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Previous brand ambassador / brand activation experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confident and comfortable approaching and engaging with members of the public
- Friendly, enthusiastic and professional
- Reliable and well-presented
- Must be local to the area or able to travel to and from Burghley independently each day
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally available across 3rd–6th September
