Job Summary
Welcome guests, scan tickets for entry, and provide ushering and directional assistance throughout the venue. Manage lines and crowd flow to ensure a safe, organized environment while supporting interactive activations and delivering exceptional customer service. Assist with general event operations and additional duties as assigned. Shifts run August 27–30, with start times as early as 6:00 AM and ends as late as 8:00 PM.
