Job Summary
Represent Renuity at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns while engaging customers face-to-face to educate and promote premium home improvement solutions. Deliver confident product presentations and generate qualified leads through direct interaction. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to build skills for a long-term career in Sales or Leadership. This field-based role in South Florida requires weekend availability for store placements and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
