The role requires participation in meetings and product knowledge sessions, adherence to company values, and delivering a high-quality customer experience through stock-room management, cash wrap best practices, and sales-floor execution. Fluency in English with Mandarin as an advantageous skill; prior luxury retail experience and ability to work long hours in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are highly regarded.
