Job Summary
Brand Ambassador role serving as the face of Associated Retina Consultants, bridging community outreach and internal culture. Responsibilities include representing ARC at community events, health fairs, and with referral partners; promoting services and brand visibility; managing outreach leads; supporting social media content and marketing materials; coordinating employee engagement and onboarding activities across locations; delivering new hire orientation; transporting and setting up promotional materials and event supplies; operating the company vehicle; maintaining a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong communication and public speaking skills; ability to work independently and across teams; willingness to travel up to 80% with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other mobility tasks.
