Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about product features. Set up and maintain professional branded displays at retail events. Help drive leads that directly impact company growth through great conversations with interested homeowners. No hard selling or cold calling required. This role offers a guaranteed $20/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses, allowing top performers to earn $25-$35+ per hour. Flexible schedules include days, evenings, and weekends with paid training provided. Applicants must be at least 18, have reliable transportation and a smartphone, and be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds for display setup.
