Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about product features. Set up and maintain professional branded displays at retail locations and Costco events. Help drive leads that directly impact company growth through great conversations with interested homeowners. No hard selling or cold calling required. This role offers a flexible schedule with days, evenings, and weekends available, plus paid training and ongoing coaching for career growth into sales and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
