Job Summary
Conduct friendly conversations with shoppers to generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and set up professional branded displays at retail events. Educate homeowners about products while maintaining a positive attitude without hard selling or cold calling. This role offers a guaranteed $20/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses, allowing top performers to earn $25-$35+ per hour. Flexible schedules include days, evenings, and weekends, with paid training and ongoing coaching provided. No prior experience is required; we teach everything needed to succeed.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
