Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations and generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about our products and services. Set up and maintain professional branded displays to help drive leads that directly impact company growth. This role involves no hard selling or cold calling, focusing instead on great conversations with interested homeowners. You'll work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends, with a base pay of $20/hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses. Top performers regularly earn $25-$35+ per hour. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with career growth opportunities into sales and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
