Job Summary
Conduct friendly conversations with shoppers to generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and set up professional branded displays at retail events. Maintain displays throughout shifts while engaging homeowners about product features without hard selling or cold calling. Requires reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds. Earns $20/hour base pay plus unlimited weekly bonuses, with top performers reaching $35+ per hour. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided for those with backgrounds in customer service or sales.
