Set up and maintain professional branded displays while representing a premium national brand at Costco and retail events. Drive leads that directly impact company growth through great conversations with interested homeowners. No hard selling or cold calling required; just great conversations. This role offers a guaranteed $19/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses, allowing top performers to earn $25-$35+ per hour. Flexible schedules include days, evenings, and weekends with paid training and ongoing coaching provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation and a smartphone, and be able to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
