Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations and generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about products and services. Set up and maintain professional branded displays while driving leads that directly impact company growth. No hard selling or cold calling; focus on great conversations with interested homeowners. This role offers a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends with a guaranteed $22/hour base pay and unlimited weekly bonuses. Top performers regularly earn $25-$35+ per hour. You will receive paid training and ongoing coaching with no experience required.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
