Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about product features. Set up and maintain professional branded displays at retail locations and events. Drive leads that directly impact company growth through great conversations with interested homeowners. No hard selling or cold calling required; focus on building rapport. Flexible schedules available including days, evenings, and weekends. Base pay is $20/hour with unlimited weekly bonuses, allowing top performers to earn $25-$35+ per hour. Paid training and ongoing coaching provided for career growth into sales and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
