Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions, then schedule qualified in-home consultations. Set up and maintain professional branded displays while educating homeowners about our products and services. Drive leads that directly impact company growth through great conversations with interested homeowners, avoiding hard selling or cold calling. This role offers a guaranteed $20/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses, allowing top performers to earn $25-$35+ per hour. Flexible schedules include days, evenings, and weekends, with paid training and ongoing coaching provided. No experience is required, as we teach everything needed to succeed.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
