Job Summary
Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions. Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about our products and services. Set up and maintain professional branded displays while helping drive leads that directly impact company growth. No hard selling or cold calling; focus on great conversations with interested homeowners. This role offers a guaranteed $20/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses, allowing top performers to earn $25-$35+ per hour. Flexible schedules include days, evenings, and weekends with weekly pay. Applicants must be at least 18, have reliable transportation and a smartphone, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided for career growth into sales and leadership.
