Job Summary
Develop strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues to secure support for promotional activity, displays, and compliance initiatives. Implement planograms and merchandising activity while building eye-catching displays to ensure products remain visible and available for shoppers. Identify opportunities to improve compliance and availability using store insights to maximize sales opportunities and support territory objectives. Work independently to manage your own territory effectively, combining excellent merchandising standards with strong negotiation skills to become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands including Cadbury, Oreo, and Belvita. This field-based role operates 24 hours per week in Nottingham, Ilkeston, Hucknall, and surrounds, offering full training, development, and career progression opportunities within Smollan.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in merchandising, retail, customer service or a field-based role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence influencing and negotiating with store managers and colleagues
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
- Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results
