Job Summary
Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory, engaging adult consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products. Verify age eligibility, administer consumer surveys to collect market feedback, and distribute approved promotional materials and incentives. Educate consumers on available promotions, encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement, and build positive relationships with retail personnel. Accurately document activity results and survey completion through designated reporting systems while maintaining all program materials in a professional manner. Travel throughout the territory to support visits, with shifts typically lasting four hours per activation. Must be at least 21 years old, possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and work Wednesday through Sunday.
