Job Summary
Brand Advisor responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales in the Seattle market. Receives robust education and training to succeed, and operates at various beauty retailer locations within the market. Tasks include educating retail staff on brands, sharing product knowledge & selling strategies, upholding merchandising and brand guidelines, hosting branded events to achieve sales goals, completing in-store surveys, and staying connected with Headkount via the Headkount app.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
- Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty retail events
- Strong communication skills
- Professional conduct in-store & demonstrated team player
- Ability to self-motivate & work independently
- Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart phone apps
- Must have a working smartphone
- Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
- Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends
