Job Summary
Headkount Brand Advisor in McAllen, TX is a part-time, onsite role focused on building lasting relationships with stores and brands to drive productivity and sales. You will educate retail staff on brands, share product knowledge and selling strategies, uphold merchandising and brand guidelines, host branded events, and complete in-store surveys, while staying connected through the Headkount app. Requires at least 2 years of beauty brand/retail experience, excellent beauty retail sales and education background, event hosting experience, strong communication, professional in-store conduct, ability to work independently, a smartphone, reliable transportation to service multiple doors, and a weekend-flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
- Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty retail events
- Strong communication skills
- Professional conduct in-store & demonstrated team player
- Ability to self-motivate & work independently
- Must have a working smartphone
- Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
- Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends
