Job Summary
Build lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity and sales. Educate staff on supported brands by sharing product knowledge and selling strategies while upholding merchandising guidelines. Host and participate in branded events to drive goal achievement. Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift and communicate with the Headkount team via the app. Achieve sales targets through punctual, reliable performance in the Honolulu market. Requires at least two years of beauty retail experience, a working smartphone, and flexible weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
- Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty retail events
- Strong communication skills
- Professional conduct in-store & demonstrated team player
- Ability to self-motivate & work independently
- Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart phone apps
- Must have a working smartphone
- Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
- Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends
