Job Summary
Lead a high-performing branch team and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional client and caregiver experiences. Ensure compliance with Florida Nurse Registry regulations, AHCA requirements, HIPAA, and company policies while monitoring staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows. Resolve client concerns and maintain emergency preparedness plans. Dedicate two days weekly to business development, including physician and referral partner relationships, in-person marketing visits, and executing strategies to increase census and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- A licensed Physician, APRN, or RN
- An individual with healthcare administration training and at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to qualify for an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing and business development
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a Nurse Registry, Home Health Agency, Healthcare Staffing, Hospice, or related healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational success
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare software
