Job Summary
Brand Activation Manager drives local field marketing for Watermill Express in Phoenix, executing activations, events, and partnerships to grow awareness, trials, and usage. Leads a small team of Brand Ambassadors, coaches performance, coordinates field activations, and supports local partnerships, events, and content creation. Responsibilities include planning and executing local events, managing logistics and inventory, tracking KPI performance (attendance, distribution, feedback), and collaborating with Field Marketing Manager and marketing/social teams. Must be in the field in the Phoenix area, fluent in English and Spanish, with hands-on field marketing, event execution, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
