Brand Activation Manager Denture Appliance Care

Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of local marketing strategies for the assigned Denture brands, translating global and regional direction into actionable local activation across the marketing mix. Drive in-market activation, campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives; oversee end-to-end delivery and new product launches, ensuring alignment with timelines, positioning, and business priorities. Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven actions to optimize results. Manage budgets, contribute to annual brand planning, and partner with Sales, Finance, Supply, and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and consistency across touchpoints. Support P&L management and present to senior stakeholders, with a focus on strengthening brand equity and growth. Maintain brand integrity and locally relevant execution while adapting global strategies into local task maps and activation plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or related areas
- Experience in product/brand management within a multinational FMCG environment
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional/matrixed environments
- Experience with budget management and marketing resource allocation
- Experience with external agencies and activation plans
- Experience translating global/regional strategies to local needs
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
