Job Summary
Provide wide-ranging support to the brand management team as a second seat on assigned clients, serving as the main point of contact from discovery through launch. Lead client meetings, assist in developing strategy, and translate needs into actionable plans while managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across design, content, web, and digital initiatives. Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, track client initiatives, and monitor performance to provide measurable results. Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields, 1-3 years of experience, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software. This role offers ownership of accounts within a collaborative, client-focused agency culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, public relations or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-3 years of related marketing, brand, or account management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- Ability to adapt across diverse industries
- Working knowledge of both traditional and digital media, including social platforms and email marketing
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with project management software
