Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and full compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations. Achieve sales targets and manage branch P&L by monitoring and controlling operational costs including labor, food, and utilities. Lead, train, schedule, and develop branch staff while fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure exceptional customer experience by addressing feedback and implement in-branch marketing campaigns and events. Manage inventory levels proactively, conduct monthly counts, and maintain facilities and equipment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in F&B retail, and strong financial acumen. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or retail sector
- At least 2-3 years in a managerial role within a coffee shop or café
- Strong leadership, delegation, and people-management skills
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in P&L management, cost control, and inventory management
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong command of English

- Proven experience in the specialty coffee industry
- Arabic proficiency
