Job Summary
Develop and execute branch activities for the Industrial Automation sector, while renewing initiatives and driving financial targets. Maintain intensive contact with members and stakeholders to support recruitment and retention, and coach senior project managers. Translate market signals and member needs into concrete plans, fostering cross-branch collaborations to enhance the industry's visibility. Manage strategic partnerships and network development within a technology ecosystem of over 600 companies. This role offers a temporary one-year contract with potential permanent conversion, based on a salary of €4,500 to €5,500 gross per month.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo- of academisch werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 6 tot 8 jaar ervaring in project-, programma- of branchemanagement of dienstverlening
- Ervaring met strategische samenwerking en stakeholdermanagement
- Affiniteit met verenigingen, netwerken en belangenbehartiging
- Een zelfstandige, planmatige en resultaatgerichte manier van werken
- Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
